This place is great. An intimate setting. I came for the ramen of course, however I really wanted the tempura Brussels sprouts, they no longer have that on the menu. Even without that, I enjoyed myself. My daughter and I loved it. I got the vegetable ramen. Definitely going to eat here again.
This cozy and welcoming ramen spot is clean and open, with the enticing aroma of broth that has been simmering for hours greeting you as you enter. My date and I visited around 3 PM, and although it wasn’t busy, there was a steady flow of patrons. We ordered the BBQ Short Rib Ramen, which featured a creamy, rich pork broth, short ribs, bean sprouts, green onions, half an egg, and medium noodles. While the bowl was simple and tasty, the short ribs could have been more tender, as they were a bit chewy but flavorful. We also tried the Kuro Ramen with Black Garlic Oil, which added a deeper roasted garlic flavor and a subtle nuttiness to the broth. Each bite was enhanced by the black garlic oil, especially with the pork belly, making it an outstanding dish. Overall, we enjoyed our meal, and the service was quick and pleasant. I would definitely return if I was in the area craving ramen.
Wow... One of the best Ramen place I have visited, traveling around the World. Devotion, precision, creation - that’s what you feel on the plate, which comes from Open kitchen managed by super skilled Ramen enthusiasts. Bravo!!! Can’t wait for another visit.
This place will always be one of my favorites as a local. Even before I lived in Vegas/Henderson I would drive out every so often from California and eat here. Food is great! Staff is friendly. 10/10 from me

The food quality is excellent, with generous portions that make the prices feel incredibly fair. I also love their loyalty card system. it’s a great incentive to keep coming back. The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly enhances the overall experience. Highly recommend Michi Ramen for anyone looking for delicious ramen and great service!
Had a craving for a good bowl of ramen on a cold night. This place did not disappoint. I ordered their Tonkatsu ramen and crabmeat & cucumber salad. Both were very tasty. Will definitely return.
First thing i noticed when i came to this restraunt was its on the top 50 restraunts to go to in las vegas sticker outside the window. So it made us feel relief and set our expectations already. I came here for lunch after a fun weekend in vegas. First, the appetizer we got was takoyaki and chicken karage. The takoyaki was delicious. On the other hand, the chicken karage is nothing special. It looks like popcorn chicken and the chili sesame oil sauce along it wasn't great to dip in, so we just ate the karage chicken only. Onto the next one, the steak ramen is delicious. It has that sweet kick to the steak with the aroma. The soy sauce marinated egg is good as well. Ramen was alright, but with the other 2 to blend into the bowl it taste great! Overall, we like the steak ramen and takoyaki and would recommend it for people to come and try.
This was only my second time eating out of ramen place and I will definitely be back here. When we walked in, we were probably seated by the waiter. He was kind enough to answer any questions we had as this is not our typical type of food that we eat. For the appetizers we had ordered pork and shrimp wontons in chili oil sauce. I love the little bit of spice that the chili oil provided but it was not overly hot. We also ordered the cream cheese crab rangoons. I will never get tired of those. Each of us got a different ramen. I ordered the spicy beef ramen with bean sprouts and my boyfriend got the black chili oil with pork and chicken. Both of these were absolutely outstanding, I the black chili oil ramen was both of our favorites. We were both surprised with the amount of food that we ate that neither one of us felt bloated or stuffed full, but we definitely were full and happy the rest of the day. They had music playing the entire time but not overly loud and you could look into the kitchen to see what they were making.
